BIO

Carlisle resident Andrei Tuiu has opened the city’s first Lebanese street food space, with wraps, salads and other delights from Lebanon.

“As an immigrant who settled in Uk almost 10 years ago I am passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone can feel welcomed and supported regardless of their background.

My ambitions for the next 3 years are to grow as a business,  to reach as many customers I can and encourage them to have a healthy lifestyle by choosing our Lebanese dishes.”
